Waehame-Sea Narit lawsuit not yet end. Civil court will judge.

The battle of close friends becomes a drama movie. The dispute for “Waehama”, Denkaosaen Kratingdaenggym between Narit Singhawangcha and “Sharemae”, Niwat Laosuwan is not yet end. Recently, the office of boxing commission identified that they can determine only the right for organizing the match. However, they case of damages from losing the right to organize the match of “Sea Narit”, it will depend on the civil court to judge.

The dispute for “Waehame”, Denkaosaen Kratingdaenggym between Narit Singhawangcha and “Sharemae”, Niwat Lao Suwannawat led to escalated problem many years ago. This has not ended yet.

Lately, on 10 Aug, at the office of boxing commission, SAT, Mr.Santi Pukwanmaung, the director of boxing office of Sports Authority of Thailand made an appointment with both sides of “Waehama” case. Narit Singhawangcha, “Chao Ma”, Denkaosaen Kratingdaenggym, and “Sharemae”, Niwat Laosuwan came to reconcile.

Mr.Narit, the former manager of world champion refused about the complaint of Chao Ma, who accused that he did not pay for the expenses. He also said that he tried to concede in the civil case and reduce the damages from 9 million to 4.6 million Baht. He understood that Denkaosaen does not have money to repay but the profit caretaker, Mr.Niwat, must take the responsibility because he managed finance while Denkaosaen was protecting his champion position until he lost.

In total, the income must be above 12 million Baht. Except from 2 options, it could be liquefied. However, Mr.Niwat and Denkaosaen do not have money to pay. Therefore, Mr.Santi, the director of boxing office decided to bring the case to civil court. After that, the boxing commission of SAT would approve consecutively.

“Sharemae”, Mr.Niwat Laosuwan, profit caretaker of Denkaosaen revealed about such problem that Denkaosaen and he tried to compromise but they could not agree. Therefore, the court have to judge.

In the training part of Denkaosaen, who is going to fight for “temporary” championship with Luis Concepcion at Panama on Sunday morning, 3rd Oct. of Thailand’s time. Channel 7 will broadcast live on 8.00 a.m. Currently, he is training extremely at Galaxy boxing camp. His flight is about a week in advance.

The director Santi Pukwanmaung revealed that he made an appointment with both sides to reconcile after this case has been prolonged for years. Although the registrar of the boxing office determined that Denkaosaen was free for boxing since 2009.
 
However, Mr.Narit complained to the court for the case of obligation with Denkaosaen. In this point, the boxing office handed it to jurisdiction, judged by the civil court. In the meantime, both sides, Mr.Narit and Denkaosaen, have to sign on the letter of acknowledgement and Mr.Niwat was a witness. When the court has made a final decision, both sides have to inform the boxing office respectively.
