Wednesday, 14 November 2007

Thailand's sport authorities to held the seminar to seek the solution about the future of the Thai kids in training and boxing.

Pemphol Phuthornjai, the director of boxing committee, said he will definately join the seminar on next Tuesday to discuss problems about boxing among children.

He said he will fight to death if there will be a solution to ban children aged under 15 years to train and box because the decision is violate children's rights and boxing is a professional which if the boxers well trainned, there will not have any problem.

Somchart Charoenwatcharawit, the chairman of Professional Boxing Association of Thailand, also said he would asked the education ministry to review its decision of banning children under 15 years old to box because it will make more economic problems to their familes who have to raised their children if the boys could not box for living.
