Thailand fails for gold medal but claims places in Olympic boxing

 Five Thai boxers booked their berths in next year Olympic's in China next year even they failed to grabbed any gold medal in World Amateur Boxing Championships in United States.

The boxers are Lightflyweight's Amnart Ruenroeng, Flyweight's Somjit Jongjohor, Featherweight's Sailom Adee, Lightweight's Pichai Saiyotha and Weltherweight's Non Boonjumnong. Three of them also win two silvers and one bronze.

The amature boxing association of Thailand chairman Thaweep Jantaroj said he was satisified with the outcome of the fighting even Thai boxers failed for gold medal but their performances claimed authomethically berths in Olympic in China next year.

"We hope only three boxers will claim the place for Olympic next year," Thaweep said.

"Good performances from Chicago will make our job more easy to qualify for another four categories," he added.
