Reporter just got 2 pages of document on Friday 2nd March from unknown source. The document mentioned about the letter from Kazakhstan’s prime minister to Samak Suntaravej, prime minister of Thailand. The details is about the Thai boxing association of Thailand, which senator Santipap Intrapat is the president, is using the king’s patronage is inappropriate because that right has been revoked. The document also claimed that the king’s patronage right is given to Thailand amateur Thai boxing association which Sakchai Tupsuwan is a president. On another page is the copy of the same letter in English from Kazakhstan prime minister to General Wichit Kullavanich and Werasak Kowsurat, minister of Tourism and Sport minister. Senator Santipap Intrapat denied answering any questions on this issue because it’s the king’s business which is not related to the associations’ dispute. In the last government, Suwit Yodmanee, minister of tourism and Sport ministry at that time, required this information and he already sent the official letter with administrative court verdict to explain everything. If someone wants to see the document, he’s ready to send the information to them. Besides, he believes that Kazakhstan prime minister will require this information in the new government and he’s willing to answer it every time. Reporter examines the copy of the letter which was signed by Karim Masimov, Kazakhstan prime minister. It is unclear from which can not be checked where it came. The letter was sent on March 27th, 2008 but there was no information about the destination receiving record either Office of the Secretary of a Minister, or Ministry of Tourism and Sports, or General Wichit Kullavanich.
