The fight has been organized. However, there have been obstacles up until now. Therefore, the project has to be postponed and there is no certain date for broadcasting yet.

A big promoter, Songchai Rattanasuban, has been asking for months before revealing through the mass media that “The battle of Wansongchai” has been organized for broadcasting on Siam Sports channel on Saturday 10th July at Romsrithong boxing stage, expecting Aomnoi boxing camp’s fans to come. The leading match will be the fight between Trakulpetch Thanasakkhonsong and Thanonchai Tor Saengtiannoi. Nevertheless, soon before the date, Wansongchai’s working team announced through their radio channel that they were not ready. They had to postpone indefinitely. They just said it might be on Saturday at the end of July.

However, it is not easy for a big promoter’s project to find a channel to broadcast the fight of his boxers due to limitation of expenses. It is not clear who is going to pay for this, especially for the satellite fee. In addition, advertising is much more difficult than free television like channel 11. If he has to depend on the ticket fee, it will be enough for boxers’ compensation only. How could he get the income if there are other expenses?

“This project is still an imaginary. We might have to wait for a long time. Although channel 11 is a free television, it has difficulties to find sponsors to support its programs. Now is satellite television, which is inconvenient for watching. It will be much more difficult”, a boxing fan explained.

มวย “ซ้ง”

วันและออกคู่มวยไปเรียบร้อย แต่จนถึงขณะนี้ปรากฏว่ามีปัญหาขัดข้องจึงต้องประกาศของเลื่อนโครงการไปก่อนและยังไม่แน่นอนว่าจะได้ถ่ายกันจริงๆ จังๆ เมื่อไหร่

โปรโมเตอร์ใหญ่ ทรงชัย รัตนสุบรรณ โยนหินถามทางมานานร่วมเดือนก่อนจะออกโรงผ่านสื่อว่า “ศึกวันทรงชัย” กำหนดถ่ายทอดสดทางทีวีดาวเทียมช่องสยามกีฬานัดแรก วันเสาร์ 10 ก.ค. ที่เวทีมวย ก.ร่มศรีทอง เพื่อหวังดึงแฟนมวยวิกอ้อมน้อยให้ตามไปเล่นได้เสียติดต่อกันไปเลย โดยวางให้ ตระกูลเพชร ธนศักดิ์ขนส่ง กับ ธนญชัย ท.แสงเทียนน้อย ชกกันเป็นคู่นำรายการ แต่พอใกล้ถึงวันเข้าจริงๆ ทีมงานวันทรงชัยก็แจ้งผ่านรายการวิทยุของตัวเองว่ายังไม่พร้อม ต้องขอเลื่อนไปแบบไม่มีกำหนด เพียงแต่แพลมๆ ว่าอาจเป็นวันเสาร์ปลายเดือนกรกฏาคมนี้แทน

อย่างไรก็ตามเมื่อทิศทางลมแล้วโครงการของโปรโมเตอร์ใหญ่ในกาหาช่องทางถ่ายทอดสดระบายนักมวยในสังกัดครั้งนี้ไม่ใช่เรื่องง่ายที่จะเกิดขึ้นได้จริง เพราะติดขัดเรื่องค่าใช้จ่าย ซึ่งไม่ทราบว่าฝ่ายไหนจะเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบ โดยเฉพาะค่ายิงสัญญาณดาวเทียมระหว่างคนจัดกับเจ้าของสถานี ใครจะเป็นคนจ่าย แถมการขายโฆษณาก็ยากลำบากยิ่งกว่าฟรีทีวี อย่าง สทท.11 หลายเท่า ครั้นจะพึ่งพาค่าผ่านประตู ก็คงได้แค่พอจ่ายค่าตัวนักมวยเท่านั้น ขืนมีค่าใช้จ่ายอย่างอื่นอีก จะเอากำไรจากไหน

“โครงการนี้ยังคงเลื่อนลอย สงสัยจะต้องรอกันอีกนาน ลำพัง สทท.11ทั้งๆ ก็เป็นฟรีทีวียังอีหลักอีเหลือเต็มทนในการหาสปอนเซอร์เข้ามาสนับสนุนรายการ แต่นี้เป็นทีวีผ่านดาวเทียม ที่ช่องทางในการรับชมไม่สะดวก ยิ่งจะลำบากกันไปใหญ่” แฟนมวยระบุบ
