Former world champion Somsak Sithchatchawal has defeated Indonesia’s Eddy Comaro by decision and won a PABA title yesterday.

Thai boxer Somsak, who held the WBA super bantamweight champion in 1996, has won the 12-round bout against Comaro held in Mukdahan, Thailand, on Friday June 12, by decision, earning himself the PABA super featherweight title.

In the same event, Thailand’s Duangpetch Saengmorakot beat Indonesia’s Panca Silaban by decision, while Thailand’s Pigmy Muangchaiyaphum defeated Indonesia Little Roseman. In the last match, Wisanlek Singmanassak defeated fellow Thai Phupha Por Nopnom, also by decision.
