Narin still keeps silent even SAT ordered to elect a new boxing association president.

General Narin, the president of boxing association, still keeps silent even SAT has sent him a letter ordering to reelect. He insists that he has not received an official letter. He also reveals that he has not yet determined about reelection but preparing to assign the association’s legal department to interpret. If it does not correspond to the law, practices, and the fact, he will reconsider this.
    
“Big Nhum”, Kanokphan Julakaseam, the governor of Sports Authority of Thailand (SAT), has sent a letter to the president of amateur boxing association of Thailand on 9 July ordering the association to reelect a new association president within 30 days because the election rule was violated in the previous election.

Regarding to the progress of such matter, General Narin Tabprasit, the president of Amateur Boxing Association of Thailand, said while he was travelling to attend the public hearing seminar about the main regulation of Sports Association of Thailand at the Grand Fourwings on 10 June that he knew the news from the newspaper about reelection letter sent to him. However, he has not received the letter and read the detail.
    
The president of Amateur Boxing Association also said that he would look on the detail as soon as the letter has delivered to the association. He would assign the association’s legal department to study the law, regulation, and the act to interpret.
    
If there are incorrect conditions or matters of law conflicting the association’s operation, the oppose reason must be given. Currently, he could not answer if reelection would be held although the news said that the letter was sent to the association.
    
“If everything is correct according to the law, it will be no problem. However, if something is wrong, we must follow the law, practices, and fact. I will assign the association’s legal department to interpret. I cannot decide about reelection now”, explained General Narin.
