Lawyer Toy, Eminent Air

In contrast with “Eminent Air” boxing camp of “lawyer Toy”, Somboon Nirutimethee, a promoter of Eminent Air program of Lumpinee military boxing camp. It is just like a moon, which has the period of waxing and waning. Previously, it was his rise because his boxers showed a great performance.

Kingthong Lukphrabaht

Beside of being a former reputable boxer, he also carries on the intention of “Hea Noi Wuthisopakorn”, who was the owner of “Lukphrabaht”, the successful boxing camp. He has been promoted as a promoter of Suekdawrueng Phrabaht for many years up until now.

In the time of Kingthong, he could train many champion boxers, particularly Wuthidet Lukphrabaht and Ruengruenglek Lukphrabaht. They are now on the top. Although both of his elite boxers do not have many fights recently, Kingthong still train new boxers to replace them. These potential boxers can be proudly pushed forward for his important match and for promoter colleagues.

Everything in this world has its highest and lowest point. When things get to the lowest point, they start developing to their highest point. This is the matter of time, as well as Muaythai society.

Previously, we were successful due to the support of mass media. The powerful media in that time was a giant newspaper. It was much greater than television. When a giant newspaper publicized boxing news and followed “Rambo”, Phongsiri Por Ruamruedee, who was admitted into the hospital to had a check-up due to his bloody fight.
That was what people wanted to know.

Thai boxers, both old and new generations, are fighting one another to be national team attending Asian Games at Guangzhou.
Currently, International Amateur Boxing Association (AIBA) has determined to reduce the number of low-weight limitation. This makes Thai low-weight boxers stressed because many of them have to fight in the same limitation.

Former boxers cheer up.

The issue of the former boxers, who were prohibited to watch the match at Lumpinee and Rajdamnern stages, they made an opposition in front of Lumpinee stage. A little crisis of boxing stage has been discussed and resolved already.

When the executives of Lumpinee stage realized the value of “Muaythai” and that “boxers” and the people who carry on Thai heritage, they followed the tradition of boxing stage and honored the former boxers because they made benefits for the country. Thus, they are allowed to watch the match for free.
