Boxers, camp owners to run for Thai general election

 Since the former chairman of the Amateur Boxing Association of Thailand, General Chetta Tanajaro, announced himself for politics, at least two more boxers and two boxing camp owners decided to run for the upcoming election.

Kaosai Galaxy, a historical boxer for Thailand’s boxing history, decide to run for election in his hometown Phetchaboon for Puea Pan Din (or motherland) Party. Bronze medalist from Olympic Atlanta, Wichai Rachanond also decide to put his gloves off from his training job and became politician running in Bangkok for Puea Pan Din Party. 

Veteran politician Samart Maluleem, an owner of boxing camp in Bangkok’s suburb, run for one of Thailand’s biggest party of Democrat. The last boxing people who announce himself to serve the nation was Surachai Sombatcharoen, a look thung (Thai country) singer who earlier turned himself to be boxing commentator and boxing owner. Surachai run for Matchimathipathai Party. None of them join Chetta’ party
